Writing Rules

Contributors must follow the rules of the journal. Manuscripts that do not comply with the spelling rules will not be evaluated. We recommend that you carefully review the template file. You can access the template file via the link.

Citations must follow the Chicago Citation System in the form of footnotes. The manual for the Chicago citation system can be accessed via the link.

Manuscripts should not exceed 25 pages including "Abstract" and "References". Abstract in English should be included in the manuscripts written in Turkish. The abstract should be 150-180 words long with at least three keywords.

Manuscripts should be written in MS Word 2007 or higher version.

Submitted articles should not include the author's first name, last name, institution, and/or information identifying the author.

A separate title page must be uploaded to the system with all submitted articles. This page;

  • The title of the article,
  • Authors' names, institutions, and degrees,
  • Authors' ORCID numbers,
  • Detailed information about financial support, if any, and other sources of support,
  • The name, address, phone number (including cell phone), and email address of the responsible author,
  • Information about individuals who contributed to the preparation of the article but do not meet the criteria for authorship,
  • If the article was previously presented at a scientific meeting, detailed information about the scientific meeting should be provided. The thesis advisor, name of the thesis, university and institute information, year, and whether the thesis was published or not should be clearly stated. If the thesis has been published, information about the publication should be provided.
  • For translated articles, the original article should be included. In addition, permission must be obtained from the author of the article and documentation of the permission must be uploaded to the system.
  • If AI tools were used, information about this should be provided. The journal's ethical principles section on the relationship between artificial intelligence and ethics should be reviewed.
